However, photography or reporting for commercial purposes without prior approval, and any behavior that may cause inconvenience to other visitors, are prohibited. The use of tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, etc., is also prohibited without permission.

Can I cancel or get a refund for the ticket I purchased?

We regret that cancellations are not possible. Refunds will not be provided, except in cases where the event is cancelled due to the organizer's circumstances. Please check the terms and conditions of the ticket guide where you purchased the ticket for details.
